This Sterling Silver Pendant is inspired by an Adinkra stamp made from calabash and used in printing patterns on cloth. Adinkra cloth is made up of squares within which individual motifs are repeated. Each design has its own name with magical, historical or allegorical meaning. The heart, Akoma, symbolizes love and patience.
